TERMS OF BUSINESS FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF STAFF
1. Terms of business - the engagement of any employee introduced will be deemed as an Acceptance of these terms and conditions as set out herein.
2. The client agrees to notify The Nanny Agency as soon as an engagement is accepted and to pay the agreed fee within 7 days of the date of the invoice. A surcharge of 30% for non-payment after 7 days will be levied. Invoices will be submitted to the Client 2 weeks prior to commencement
3. Refunds will only be made...
- When employee fails to turn up and no suitable replacement can be found.......100%
- If engagement is terminated within:
- Up to 1 week -75% of fee refunded

- 1 -3 weeks -50% of fee refunded
|
- 3-5 weeks -20% of fee refunded
|
- 5-8 weeks -10% of fee refunded
|
- After 8 Weeks -No refund will be made
|
- If a client withdraws an offer of employment before the candidate has started work a fee equal to one half of the introduction fee will be payable..
N.B. Refunds only payable to clients who have paid within 7 days of invoice date and from whom we have received written notification within 4 days of termination of employment.
4. Introductions are confidential and passing on any employee's particulars introduced by or through The Nanny Agency to a third party who then engages that employee, renders the Client liable for the appropriate fee.
5. The Nanny Agency endeavours to introduce only the most satisfactory employees but it cannot be held liable in any way for the employees introduced. The client shall therefore satisfy himself as to the applicant's suitability before engaging the applicant.
6. Where nannies are employed on a temporary basis and the period of employment is extended, the Client will be invoiced the appropriate tee.
7. The client agrees to provide employee with Contract of Employment and is responsible for all National Insurance and taxation matters and any such payments relating to any applicant engaged by the client.
8. The Agency will not be liable under any circumstance for any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by the client either directly or indirectly from any act or omission of any applicant introduced by the Agency even if such act or omission is negligent or fraudulent or reveals any dishonesty.
